Mtn Dew: Game of Thrones
This year, HBO called on brands to do their advertising for them. With the final season of Game of Thrones approaching, Motive was tasked with creating an activation for the unbranded Mtn Dew that reveals Arya’s kill list when chilled.
Through a quick weekend of brainstorming, and spoilers from friends who actually watched the show, the Iron Vending Machine was born and fans in New York and LA scoured the city for limited edition coins to trade in for a can with no name.
And now I watch Game of Thrones. But don’t spoil anything, I’m only on season three.
